A member of the team at Type A media was given the opportunity to be one of the guest speakers at BrightonSEO; to maximise brand exposure we decided to come up with a concept that would promote brand engagement and excitement around the event.
We decided to put our own spin on the iconic game "Where's Wally" and create "Where's Walia".   
We were lucky enough to have a team member that had a name that flowed nicely with the entire concept and decided to make the concept centre around him; so I went about creating the character first.
People were encouraged to search for Walia, follow our Twitter page, take a selfie with him with the hashtag "whereswalia" and post it on their twitter page for the chance of winning a free tech audit of their website.
I then created a series of short videos that would be released across multiple channels together with the images
