I was asked to create a piece of content that would promote the culture at Type A by celebrating the people within the company; I decided to achieve this by concentrating on the things each individual loves to do the most.
As we wanted the project to help with the next hiring round at the agency, I further decided to focus on the 4 Day week. This was achieved by presenting the extra day, as the one thing that allows us at the agency to pursue all the things we pursue.
Production and post-production took two weeks and the result was a dynamic, fun, original video, that was unlike any other corporate video. The video managed to showcase everyone's personality and the agency's brand values.
