Role: Lead creative, social strategy, content creator and agency/stakeholder management.
Responsibilities: concept, format development, filming, talent direction and edit.
Overview
Fast Lane is one of EE's most valuable network benefits, but it's also one of the hardest to demonstrate. My brief was to turn an invisible proposition into social content that people would actually want to watch.
The Challenge
How do you make priority network access feel tangible?
The Idea
I created a suite of challenge-led formats built around one core thought: getting ahead matters.
From reaction tests and buzzer rounds to football quizzes and rapid-fire decision making, every format used speed and competition as a playful expression of what Fast Lane actually does when networks get busy. The product message became part of the game, rather than an interruption to it.
The Outcome
The final content transformed a technical network benefit into something fans could instantly understand. By grounding Fast Lane in familiar football behaviours and competitive gameplay, we made a complex proposition feel simple, entertaining and social-first.
